Theispot.com is the world’s premier illustration site, showcasing the work of thousands of leading artists worldwide.
Since its 1996 inception, the site’s goal has been to build an online hub for illustrators and artists where they can market their work cost effectively for both direct assignments and rights-managed stock usage. The internationally-known website needed a complete facelift in 2007 – including the logo update and a comprehensive restructuring of the site, as well as designing new features there.
ACTION
With a subtle logo upgrade and a whole new look, theispot.com greatly increased their popularity and the number of its members. The homepage constantly rotates the images of all the participating artists, giving each a chance to be seen. A carefully-selected Portfolio and Stock sections feature an easy-to-use search mechanism – and an unusual viewing method. We are proud to say that the website is a recipient of multiple design awards!
