CHALLENGE

Creating this logo for a make up artist of a Pakistani descent was truly a pleasure. Lalarukh specializes in preparing the brides for traditional weddings, complete with beautiful saris, ornate jewelry, and gorgeous mehndi (henna tattoos on bride’s palms).

ACTION

Having research Arabic calligraphy and mehndi work in great detail, a great number of hand-drawn designs have been created. This beautiful set of lines has been chosen at the end, and it was combined with typography inspired by traditional Arabic or Persian writing.
